The 2003 UEFA Women's Cup Final was played over two legs, taking place on 9 and 21 June at Gammliavallen and Hjørring Stadium between Umeå IK (Sweden) and Fortuna Hjørring (Denmark). It was the first UWC Final not to feature German teams. Umeå won 7–1 on aggregate.
Hjørring featured two Australians, captain Alison Forman and fellow midfielder Sharon Black. It was a ground-breaking moment for Australian women's football, as no Australian had ever captained a foreign club in a European Cup Final. The competition is now known as the UEFA Women's Champions League.
